UUM ONLINE: UUM Information Technology (UUMIT) received a goodwill visit from the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dato' Dr. Ahmad Bashawir Abdul Ghani, recently.

The goodwill visit was aimed at learning the direction and development of UUMIT while exchanging ideas and views between the two parties.

At the meeting, Director of UUMIT, Prof. Dr. Abdul Malek Abdul Karim presented the current roles and recent developments namely latest projects which were underway, partnerships programmes in the pipeline and the future projects planned at UUMIT.

Later, the Vice-Chancellor was taken to visit the IT Operation Centre (ITOC) and the Internet Data Centre at the UUMIT building.

Also present were Deputy Director, Mdm. Zainun Ngah; Manager of E-Management, Dr. Nur Hani Zulkifli Abai; Head of CSS Unit, Mr. Mohammad Zahid Che Man; Head of CSO Unit, Mr. Abdul Razak Ali; Head of NMS Unit, Mr. Amran Abdullah; Head of UIS Unit, Mdm. Norhasimah Mustafa and UUMIT officials.
