UUMIT Director, Mr. Kamarudin Abdullah has been honoured to receive the Anugerah Penjawat Cemerlang 2016 that was held in conjunction with the Innovation Day and University Awards Ceremony (HIMPU 2017) in Dewan Mu'adzam Shah on May 24, 2017.
A total of 15 staff UUMIT have also receive the Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC) at the same event.
